Who are the kids we serve? 

• High-functioning neurodiverse kids are independent, bright, kind, and creative, with average to above-average intelligence and do well in mainstream academic settings.

• Typical diagnoses would be Asperger’s Syndrome, 2E, Gifted, Level 1 Autism Spectrum Diagnoses, ADHD, etc. Many are undiagnosed, but are described as “quirky.”

• They may struggle with social interactions, communication, executive functioning, and sensory processing, leading to masking behaviors to compensate.

• Existing support systems and resources often cater to individuals with more apparent needs, leaving high-functioning neurodiverse individuals without tailored support.

• This club will be a mask-free zone, where kids can be themselves without fear of judgment or rejection.
